Traci is a licensed Realtor in both Tennessee and North Carolina. 
Born and raised in California then moved to Arizona in the early 90's where she spent 12 years with a medical manufacturing company in various roles including research development and human resources. These experiences prepared her for a real estate career by showing her the importance of relationship building, negotiating and assuring client's needs were not only met but exceeded expectations. She started as a Realtor in 2004 and quickly became a top producing agent in Northern Arizona where she ultimately opened her own real estate brokerage. In 2010 Traci moved to Franklin, TN where she continued her passion in the real estate industry. Buying and selling a home is very personal and Traci loves to be an advocate for her clients while being attentive to their individual needs. 

Traci is also an avid animal lover and has a passion for helping animals anyway she can. Currently a Board of Directors member of Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue based in middle Tennessee, run primarily by volunteers - dedicated to all animals they rescue. 

In her spare time, Traci loves spending time with her family, friends and fur babies whether entertaining at home, time on the lake or enjoying a good move and wine in hand.
